Arrangements have been made for the next CAMA Annual Meeting in Chicago, IL. Please register for the meeting by Monday, August 18, 2025
HOTEL INFORMATION
Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago Hotel
Reservations - $199 per night + tax
You may also call the hotel to book your toll-free reservations at 1 847 696 1234 and reference the CAMA group block.
The cutoff date to make sleeping room reservations at the group rate is August 18.
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival, and the availability of your room cannot be assured before this time. Check-out time on the day of your departure is noon.
Cancellation must be provided to the hotel 24 hours before scheduled arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night's room & tax.
Parking: Self-parking is $45 per day. Please note that the Hyatt is located two miles from the O'Hare airport and the hotel provides a free shuttle, so there is no need to rent a car if you are flying into O'Hare. For more parking information, click here.

We encourage you to make your hotel and airline reservations as soon as possible to accommodate your specific plans. Keep in mind that changes can always be made later if necessary.
A final meeting notice, agendas, and other pertinent information will be circulated before the meeting.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The detailed schedule will be released with the final meeting notice, two weeks before the meeting. Task group meetings will take place on Tuesday, September 9th, and the Board of Directors meeting will take place on Wednesday, September 10th, so plan accordingly.
PROXY
Due to the important strategic initiatives CAMA may be undertaking, we ask that all CAMA Board of Directors attend the meeting. If you cannot attend, it would be beneficial to send a proxy to vote on any pertinent items. We have also included a proxy form for those who cannot attend the face-to-face meeting but would like to give your vote to another Member representative. If you do not plan to attend, please forward your proxy form to the CAMA office by August 25, 2025.
